Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, undamaged, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of use
  • Be returned in the original packaging with all original tags included
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
  • Items returned without prior approval

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the item if applicable

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Proof of delivery if available

Customers may also be asked to provide an unboxing video for damaged or missing item claims.

After review, we will offer a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind:

  • The item must meet all return eligibility requirements
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

WizardNest is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for full refunds.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to product availability.
